A cold store is a complex facility dedicated to the collection, supply, preparation and dispatch of low-temperature products. In these facilities the reliability of the materials and their structural quality is basic; Refrigeration spaces coexist -controlled temperature between 0 and 10o C, optimal for the preservation of fresh food- with freezing spaces -controlled temperature that can go from -30 to 0o C, for frozen foods.
